This panoramic photo, taken on June 30, 2022, captures an estimated crowd of 50,000 fans gathered at Civic Center Park in downtown Denver to celebrate the 2022 Stanley Cup victory of the Colorado Avalanche. Players, coaches, and Avalanche management gathered on a stage at the Denver County Courthouse, pictured on the left side of this photo, for speeches, videos, and general celebration of the Avs third Stanley Cup Championship, and first since 2001, with their fans. In just five years, the Avs went from worst to first in the league, and earned the ultimate prize, the Stanley Cup.
