Is there any extra fee for engraving?
We proudly offer FREE Engraving on all trophies and awards (ADDITIONAL engraving plates or positions can incur extra fees). We NEVER charge extra for additional lines or characters. Check the product description of your awards for details on number of engraving lines and limits.
Can I add extra lines or more characters per line that what is stated?
The # of engraving lines and characters/spaces per line are maximum guidelines. For most personalized items, we can add extra lines or characters per line but will make the text smaller for the engraving plate. Just ask or place additional engraving instructions in the “additional Information” box. ** Some items do have strict maximum limits due to font availability or templates chosen.
Is the engraving CENTERED?
Yes, we center justify all lines of engraving on the engraving plate or engraving area of your personalized item/award unless otherwise requested.
Do you engrave rings or jewelry?
No, we do not engrave rings or any jewelry. We recommend taking those items to a jeweler that can have them specially engraved for you.
How are your products shipped?
We typically use UPS Ground shipping unless a customer specifies a different method. We offer FREE Ground Shipping on all orders over $200. We can ship via air or expedited services at an additional cost. When choosing your shipping option, our system defaults to UPS Ground. Other shipping choices are available by clicking the down arrow next to the shipping choice shown. Click on the down arrow and see all shipping options available from UPS & USPS.
What will it cost to ship my order?
Shipping and handling charges are based on the level of service chosen. You can get a free quote by placing your items in the shopping cart and then entering your zip code for the shipping quote. We offer FREE ground shipping on all orders shipped within the Continental United States over $200. There is no code to enter. Order $200 or more and select the Free Ground Shipping Service for free delivery.
All other shipping and handling costs are determined by weight, size, shipping service level, and distance from our location in Spokane, Washington, to your address. Once you add items to the cart you can enter your zip code into the “calculate Shipping” box and click on “GO”. Our system will then show you the shipping cost for all available shipping methods.
For International orders; our system will calculate the shipping cost in step 2 of the checkout process. You can get the shipping cost before finalizing your payment. All additional Custom &/or Duty Fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We cannot calculate or estimate these costs for you.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes. We can ship Worldwide depending on the country’s import regulations. Just place your items into the shopping cart and click on the orange "INTERNATIONAL CHECKOUT" button. You can then get a shipping quote along with any additional custom fees, duties or taxes. All International shipments are sent via DHL.
For Canadian and APO/FPO shipments, please use our on-line system. Orders are sent by UPS Ground, UPS Worldwide or USPS International Services. All additional Custom &/or Duty Fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We cannot calculate or estimate these costs for you.
Do you ship to APO/FPO Military addresses?
Yes, we do ship to APO/FPO address via USPS Priority Mail. Just select the UPS Ground option and we will upgrade your order to USPS Priority Mail (APO/FPO) at no additional charge.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, we ship to Canada via UPS or USPS Services. You can choose either option and see the shipping cost upon checkout (Step 2). All additional Custom &/or Duty Fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We cannot calculate or estimate these costs for you.
Do you offer shipping insurance?
All awards & gifts are insured against loss and damage during shipping at no extra cost to you. If an item is received damaged, please notify us immediately so a claim can be filed and replacement items can be sent ASAP.
Can I order just 1 award?
Yes; our system is set up to take single orders to large volume orders.
How do I order multiple trophies with the same engraving information but with different NAMES?
The easiest method is to put "NAME / #" in the line that you would like this information; then put the rest of the engraving information into line #2 & Line #3 etc.. (i.e. Team name & year). Then in the additional names or Additional information box below the engraving lines, add each players name & #, if desired, separated by a comma.
Another option is to just put "See engraving information sent via email" in the engraving line, order the # of awards you need, and then reply back to the emailed order confirmation via email with your engraving file or text information for the awards.

Can I order by phone?
Yes, if you are uncomfortable using your credit card for internet purchases we can accept your order over the phone. Just contact us at 866-472-0321 toll free or at (509) 474-9530 (local). All personalization information should still be sent by email for your awards to insure the correct spelling on the final product. It is easy & secure to place the order over the internet.
How do I know if my order was received?
Once your order is placed and payment is received, our system will email you immediately with an order confirmation. Please review the order confirmation to make sure all shipping and engraving information is correct. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact us via email or telephone to confirm your order.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Orders shipped within the state of Washington will have sales tax added to the invoice. If your state has a sales/use tax it is your responsibility to pay the sales tax directly to your taxing authority. If you are a Washington State Exempt Organization then fax your "Exempt Organization Certificate" to 866-472-0321 and you will not be charged sales tax.
Will I be notified when my order is shipped?
Yes, we will send an email notification when your order is shipped. Sometimes these emails may be blocked by your email service. If you do not receive an email please check the order status link on the website for your order status and tracking number.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, either by using the order status page on the website under “My Account” or by clicking on the link in your emailed shipping confirmation.
When will I receive my "Back Ordered" item?
Sometimes we run low on popular items. The typical time to fill a "Back Order" is 3 - 7 business days. If an item is on "Back Order", we will give the customer the option of canceling that portion of their order or having the "In Stock" items ship immediately and the back ordered item ship when it arrives. We include FREE Ground Shipping on all orders over $200 (shipped partial or complete).
Where are you located? Can I visit your store?
Yes! We are located in Spokane, WA. (11115 E. Montgomery Dr., Ste B). We have a showroom for local customers to see our products and to place and/or pick up orders as needed.
Do you offer a printed catalog?
No. We exclusively promote our catalog online. We are constantly adding new items so our product line is always the latest in the industry. Check the website for our current selection. Also be sure to sign up for our newsletters that will share new product offerings, special sales and discounts.
