Return / Replacement Policy
At Decade Awards, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and products may be damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us directly at 509-474-9530 or sales@decadeawards.com with photos of the damage. Once we verify the details, we will send a replacement as quickly as possible. Please note, all damage claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. We encourage you to inspect your order immediately upon receipt to verify engraving accuracy and check for any potential issues.
We gladly accept returns or replacements for products with manufacturing defects or workmanship issues within 30 days of purchase.
If we make an error and ship you the wrong product, we will also accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
Because of the customized nature of our personalized products, we are unable to accept returns on personalized items unless the error is on our end. Please double-check all spellings at the time of order placement and when approving digital proofs to avoid any mistakes.
