- Available with a Cherry or Matte Black base
- You can choose between 0, 6, 12 & 18 perpetual plates for the base with a 4” x 6.25” front plate
- 24 perpetual plates are available WITHOUT a front plate (6 on all 4 sides)
- The trophy will be sent with the plates predrilled and attached
- Choose from one of our front plate designs that can be updated with your league information
- For additional personalization, you can upload your team logo
- Can be used for ANY SPORT, SALES, or FUNDRAISING GROUP with a perpetual trophy in mind

**Due to the size of this trophy, some assembly will be required upon arrival as the topper will be packed in its original box for protection during transit. - Include your order #, engraving information, and mail to address
- The plate will be engraved and sent to you at no additional charge
