Our design team will work with you to create the perfect front plate. The blank plates included at the time of purchase can be engraved at no additional cost.
Choose: Cherry finish or matte black wood base with gold finish plates
Trophy Topper: 3 lines of engraving; 40 characters / spaces per line
Base Options: 0, 6, 12 & 18 perpetual plates for the base with a front plate
- 24 perpetual plates are available WITHOUT a front plate (6 on all 4 sides)
- The trophy will be sent with the plates predrilled and attached
Front Plate: Choose from one of our front plate designs that can be updated with your league information or create your own.
- Personalization area 6.5"(L) x 4.75"(H)
League Logo: For additional personalization, you can upload your team logo.
Proof Approval: A digital proof will be emailed for review and approval before production.
Production TIme: Please allow 4 - 6 business days for production after approval of proof

**Due to the size of this trophy, some assembly will be required upon arrival as the topper will be packed in its original box for protection during transit. Simple instructions will be included so that you can easily attach the topper to the base with the enclosed single nut & rod attachment. Nut driver included.**

I purchased this trophy with the regular size armchair Quaterback, and I must say what an awesome job Decades Awards did. They send an email with a draft of what it looks like to you before they even start the production. We purchased for our family Fantasy Football and everyone loves it. My son won it this year and now everyone says it will be on their mantle next year. I would definitely recommend Decade Awards for your trophy needs. If you're comparing with another site or debating on the price don't. I was excited when I ordered this for my league and it exceeded expectations. Everyone in the league is beyond enthralled about it. Can't imagine someone being dissapointed with the product. Fantasy Football Armchair Quarterback NFL Perpetual Trophy
This is the 2nd time I've used Decade Awards to purchase a perpetual trophy for one of my fantasy leagues. They are fantastic! The quality is great (better than a lot of others I've seen around). The price is extremely competitive (I've done my homework and this is the most affordable). And on top of everything the service is great. They're extremely fast and incredibly reliable. Were very responsive to any questions I had. I also sent in a custom logo for them to put on the trophy. They took the time to give me multiple options to ensure it'll come out the way I like it and in the end it came out GREAT!!! Definitely would recommend to use this site for all trophy needs.
