This arbitration will be held in Spokane County, Washington and both parties agree that they will be required to be present in Spokane County, Washington for arbitration under the terms of this Agreement and hereby submit to exclusive personal jurisdiction in Spokane County, Washington. The arbitrator will apply the laws of the State of Washington and the federal laws of the United States in deciding any controversy or claim pursuant to this arbitration clause.
