    Ordered these medals for myself and fellow managers (all losers). Was very excited with the exceptionally prompt delivery and quality product. Called to complain because the medals arrived without the engraving. The very courteous customer support person politely told me that medals are engraved on the back (which they were). I then grew sad from the realization that I had never won a metal (which is why I do not know where they are engraved?). I am still laughing and the nice lady on the phone probably is also...
