  I think the plaques turned out excellent. They are great quality and came quickly. We chose to get a proof and I didn't think the quality of the proof was very good, the picture was dark and looked like there were shadows on the kids faces. I called and talked to a representative and she assured me there were no shadows so we ordered and they were very clear in the final product.

  My husband was the assistant coach for my middle child this year for t-ball and so I wanted to get him and the head coach something a little different then what you normally see coaches receive. Well, I got my shipment and was thrilled with the product. It came out better then I had thought it would. I would recommend this to anyone for a coaches gift!!!

  I was very pleased with how our plaques turned out for the coaches. They were good quality. Fairly priced and we got them quickly! The coaches loved them!   Decade Awards are absolutely fantastic! From the minute I submitted my order for the baseball plaque, within the hour, I was contacted from the company in regards to approving the plaque before sending it out for production. Without knowing how I wanted the plaque to look, the representatives from Decade Awards continuously emailed back and forth with different proofs of the plaque before I was satisfied with the product prior to production. One of the Best companies I have encountered and their customer service is out of this world! Greatly Appreciative!

  Very Satisfied with the Home Base Plaque. All our Coaches love them. I do wish it was a little bigger, so that we could have added more text. Other than that- great. The black outline is also a nice touch, compare to others.
