It is not necessary to use all engraving lines in the template. Regardless of the number of lines you enter, we will make sure that the engraving is centered and looks professional. We recommend a maximum of 25-30 characters per line for most trophies. The above design guide is only a representative sample. We will choose appropriate fonts and spacing for your trophies.

This is my 2nd year of ordering (6 Monsters...) and they come packed in molded plastic, inside cardboard. Had one crack in shipping and Decade replaced in no time.

Hi. I ordered multiple trophies through multiple transactions. The orders had special engraving, shipping, and billing instructions. I was able to communicate my complex requirements via email and follow up via phone call. Customer service was exceptional the entire time. Fast response and very nice "Yes We Can" attitudes. Reminds me of Disney. :-) Everything arrived on time, which precisely matched the graving instructions, with zero hassle. I love it! I will definitely be using Decade Awards again for all my award needs. Obviously, I'll definitely be recommending to others as well. I love the monster trophies.
